Dr. Erik Montesinos, Orthopedic Surgeon Born and raised in Spain, Dr. Erik Montesinos is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with over 20 years of experience in advanced joint and sports surgery. After completing his medical degree in Valencia and specialist training at La Fe University Hospital, he earned a PhD, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. His international qualifications include certification by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates in the U.S.
